We will enroll 130 unique participants who are actively working in shifts in public safety or healthcare
industries within / proximal to Western Pennsylvania. Inclusion/exclusion criteria listed below:
Eligibility Criteria:
• Non-pregnant adults (>18 years of age)
• Certified or licensed by local/state oversight bodies as a public safety/healthcare shift worker
• Is an active shift worker (self-reports working at least 2 shifts per month, cannot be solely day shift worker)
• Resides in Western Pennsylvania region within reasonable driving distance
• Further eligibility criteria will be discussed with the study team during screening.
